Ingredients:

1/2 pound okra, washed and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 large whole tomato, chopped
1 cup cooked brown rice (leftover rice works well)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Steam okra in 1/2 inch of water for 20 minutes. Add tomato and cook another 5 minutes. Add rice and seasoning and heat thoroughly.
