Serves 6
Ingredients:
6 pork chops, with fat trimmed to 1/4 inch
Salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 cups canned tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chops on both sides with salt and pepper and place in an ovenproof casserole dish or pan. Sprinkle onion and green pepper over chops, then pour tomato sauce over chops to cover. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
